Location: Makati City Work Setup: Onsite Salary: Negotiable Role Overview The Head of UX Strategy & Design is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and driving the end-to-end user experience vision across digital banking platforms. This role defines UX strategy at scale, leads multidisciplinary design teams, and ensures customer-centric thinking is embedded across product development and service delivery. As both a strategic leader and design practitioner, you will translate complex business and technical challenges into intuitive, meaningful, and scalable customer experiences—while fostering a strong design culture within an enterprise environment. What You’ll Lead UX Strategy & Vision Design Research & Service Design Interaction & Experience Design Enterprise UX Governance & Standards Key Responsibilities UX Strategy & Direction Define and champion a clear UX vision and strategy aligned with business and digital banking goals Translate customer insights, business objectives, and technology constraints into cohesive experience ecosystems Drive customer-first thinking across products, platforms, and services Design Leadership & Team Enablement Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary UX teams across research, service design, and interaction design Establish best-in-class design processes, tools, and ways of working Manage team capacity, performance, and professional growth End-to-End Design Excellence Ensure high-quality, evidence-based UX outcomes across discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery Guide teams through complex problem-solving using human-centered, data-driven methodologies Provide experience direction across development, testing, and refinement phases Stakeholder & Enterprise Collaboration Partner closely with product, technology, business, and operations leaders Influence senior stakeholders using strong storytelling, visualization, and design artifacts Act as a change agent by embedding UX best practices across the enterprise Innovation & Continuous Improvement Evolve and adapt UX methodologies to meet changing business and customer needs Drive experience-led prioritization, roadmaps, and portfolio decisions Promote experimentation, rapid prototyping, and iterative learning Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, Technology, or related field 10+ years of experience in UX, CX, or digital product design 3+ years of experience leading or managing design teams Strong background in UX research, prototyping, and digital product delivery Proven experience designing web and mobile applications at scale Ability to operate effectively in complex, enterprise environments Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills Why This Role Matters Own and shape the UX vision for large-scale digital platforms Lead high-impact design teams influencing millions of users Work at the intersection of design, business, and technology Drive meaningful, customer-centered transformation #J-18808-Ljbffr
