DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES End-to-End Project Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence. Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams, to ensure project success. Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance, performance tracking, and seamless integration into the project. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Resource Management: Coordinate with teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Project Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including status reports, schedules, and post-project reviews. Process Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and delivery. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT and/or Telecommunications sector. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid). Hands-on experience in financial management, budget control, and cost tracking for projects. Experience in subcontractor management, including contract negotiation, compliance, and performance evaluation. Experience in handling system integration, network deployment, or IT infrastructure projects is an advantage. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent. Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL, etc.) are a plus but not required. College graduate with a bachelor’s degree (preferably with a course related to Information Technology (IT) &/or Engineering). PREFERRED SKILLS Experience working with telco operators, system integrators, or enterprise IT solutions. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards.
