Human Resources Senior Specialist at Leechiu Property Consultants, Inc.

Main Objectives of the Job:

  • To provide support and assistance to LPC’s agents for the firm’s leasing, sale and acquisition transactions.
  • To assist in the gathering, processing, analysis and presentation of property and market information.
  • Establish and operate the Research and Consultancy for Commercial Leasing Department of Leechiu Property Consultants providing and producing property reports, covering office, residential, retail, leisure, and industrial sectors.

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Manage and utilize market knowledge to prepare property comparable and financial analysis
  • Be familiar with and assist in obtaining all relevant documentation required to perform a review of information and due diligence on the firm’s agency appointments.
  • Assist in performing site property site inspections and gathering relevant photographic documentation of the site.
  • Create marketing and promotion materials for the firm’s agency appointments.
  • Coordinate with pertinent government or local government offices to procure necessary property documentation throughout the process of a sale or acquisition transaction.
  • Assist, together with the team, in the preparation of proposal, contracts and other documentation for the transaction.
  • Assist, with the assistance of the team, will also generate the research and content needed by LPC to populate its website, provide research publication to its clients and our regular market overview presentations.
  • Attends to data requests of LPC from various industries.

Facilitate transactions

  • Maintain an updated and detailed database for properties for sale/lease
  • Maintain database of relevant contacts and partners within the industry
  • Prepare and update the monthly Market Insights presentation
  • Provide support and research in preparing presentation for marketing and agency pitches.
  • Assist in providing timely and accurate market data to potential and current clients and industry partners

Auxiliary Roles

  • Assist the Directors for Commercial Leasing in managing the team’s analysts
  • Assist in mentoring Analysts who are qualified for an agency role
  • Support senior agents and directors in managing clients / transactions
  • All other duties as may be deemed necessary by LPC’s management
