This role involves managing a team of testers, developing test strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams Moreover, this role manages the lifecycle and support of the Testing product suite**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:** tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery**Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field* 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in SAP testing, and with at least 2 years in a lead role* Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes* Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments* Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools* Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)* ISTQB Certified Tester* Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE)* Certified Scrum Master (CSM)* ITIL Foundation* ERP functional/technical**Working with us**There are two Chevron companies operating in the Philippines: Chevron Holdings Incorporated (CHI) and Chevron Philippines Incorporated (CPI).CHI is a shared services center providing transactional, processing, and consulting services in the areas of finance and accounting, information technology, supply chain management, human resources, downstream customer service and marketing.
