SALES SUPERVISOR

About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, this exciting full-time Sales Supervisor role at DN BETTER EARTH NEW ENERGY CORPORATION' offers the opportunity to lead and motivate a team of Sales Engineers in our office located in Quezon City Metro Manila . As a key member of the Sales department, you will play a vital part in driving revenue and achieving ambitious sales targets for our innovative renewable energy solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Effectively supervise, coach and develop a high-performing team of Sales Engineers to ensure they meet and exceed their individual and team sales targets

• Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement and implement tailored training and development programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team

• Collaborate closely with the General Manager to devise and execute innovative sales strategies that capitalize on market opportunities and strengthen our competitive position

• Provide hands-on support to the sales team, including conducting sales calls, demos and negotiations to secure new business

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline and forecasting to provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management

• Foster a positive, achievement-oriented work culture that motivates the team to deliver outstanding customer service and grow our client base

What we're looking for

• Preferably graduate of BS Electrical Engineer or other related courses

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales supervision or management role, preferably within the renewable energy particularly on solar energy

• Proven track record of leading, motivating and developing high-performing sales teams to consistently exceed sales targets

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and implement data-driven sales strategies

• Thorough understanding of sales process optimization, customer relationship management and performance management best practices

• Familiarity with the renewable energy market and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents
