Develop and maintain web applications (frontend + backend) Support and extend existing systems Integrate with external APIs, including OpenAI API and other LLMs Implement AI-powered tools to enhance development and business workflows Design and shape application architecture following best coding practices Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests Collaborate with the development team and product owners What we offer Salary range: 60-80k PHP depending on experience and skills A non-corporate environment with a passionate and supportive team Real influence on projects and the ability to introduce your own ideas Strong focus on work-life balance and tailored career development paths Requirements Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt.js, or similar frameworks Backend experience with Node.js and frameworks (Express, NestJS) Professional experience with PHP (Symfony, Laravel) and/or Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) Proven experience integrating APIs (REST/GraphQL), including OpenAI API and other LLMs Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Tabnine, open-source LLMs) Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases Experience with automated testing (Cypress, unit testing) Proficiency with Git/GitFlow and CI/CD pipelines Comfortable working with Linux/macOS/Windows environments English at B2 level or higher (comfortable communication) Nice to have Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible) Familiarity with monitoring tools (Sentry, Insight) CMS/WordPress experience Knowledge of software design patterns and DDD Experience in building and deploying AI/ML-powered solutions Our Development Stack and How We Work We keep our code in GitLab (like GitHub, but cooler) CI/CD is handled by Jenkins; pushing code updates the server automatically Solutions hosted on AWS, Docker containers, and bare metal when needed Daily quick calls to align on team priorities Work divided into Sprints (Agile approach) and tracked with Kanban boards (Active Collab) Code reviews by a Senior Developer to ensure standards Each developer has a mentor for support Non-corporate atmosphere with a friendly, committed team Opportunity to introduce your ideas and have a real impact on the organization Access to a private healthcare package Strong focus on work-life balance and personalized development paths Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Sign in to set job alerts for “Full Stack Engineer” roles.
