Our partner, an Architectural Solutions firm (Platform for Innovation and Collaboration) , based in Makati, is seeking a talented Architect to work on complex projects and designs. In this role, you'll play a key part in project execution, BIM modeling, and technical documentation, ensuring high-quality design solutions while collaborating with a dynamic team. If you have years of Revit experience, a strong work ethic, and a deep understanding of Australian Standards, we want to hear from you Responsibilities Execute architectural tasks with limited supervision Develop advanced architectural models, detailed documentation, and 3D visualizations Conduct quality assurance reviews for assigned tasks, ensuring documentation meets technical and design standards Enforce BIM standards on assigned project deliverables and guide Architect 1 and Junior Architects in compliance Provide detailed progress updates and ensure deadlines for individual and team tasks are met Take responsibility for complex project components, ensuring alignment with project objectives and design intent Assist others with advanced Revit solutions, ensuring compliance across project deliverables Ensure advanced documentation accuracy, producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications Engage in teamwork and provide project progress updates Technical Competencies and Skills Requirements Ability to understand and execute design intent, managing complex tasks Experience with documentation and coordinating with consultants on larger projects Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and project management systems Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Architecture At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the same industry Registered Architect license What will help you thrive in this role Be professional, efficient, and committed to quality Collaborate well with others using shared digital platforms Embrace technology to improve how we work and add value to projects Use automation to maintain high standards, even on tight deadlines Appreciate good design and help preserve it through smart use of tech Get things done right the first time and consistently meet or exceed expectations Stay responsive and dedicated, no matter the task size Understand that every project is unique; tailoring your approach leads to better results and stronger client trust Why this opportunity is right for you Competitive salary, with regular performance reviews HMO coverage starting on day one (with dependent coverage) Fixed day shift Vacation leave starting at 15 days, increasing up to 20 based on tenure Sick leave Hybrid work setup (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) Government‑mandated benefits, including 13th‑month pay Training and development opportunities Potential opportunity for international client exposure and paid business trips Mentorship and career support Wellness programs and subsidies Additional allowances based on company policies Discretionary bonuses based on business and staff performance Take the next step in your career—apply today Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries: Architecture and Planning #J-18808-Ljbffr
