NOC Engineer

Key Responsibilities/Duties Monitoring network performance and identifying potential issues Troubleshooting network-related issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner Providing technical support to customers and other teams within the organization Managing and maintaining documentation for all network-related activities, including troubleshooting logs and knowledge base documents Collaborating with other team members and departments to resolve complex technical issues Escalating issues to senior team members as needed Participating in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in network engineering Participating in training and professional development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge Performs other duties as assigned Requirements / Qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate of BS ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other IT related courses Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on troubleshooting and supporting enterprise networks. • CCNA or equivalent certification in networking. Experience with Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Experience with network monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG. Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes. Industry certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP, Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist (JNCIS), CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or similar are a plus. Vendor specific training such as Cisco, Juniper Networks, Huawei, and ZyXEL, or similar are required.
