About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer/Art Director specializing in the digital space as part of the Performance Design team—pairing top quality design with strategic direction to elevate and increase brand performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating modern design skills, fresh ideas, and a passion for creating visually compelling content. Photography experience nice to have.

Day to Day Role
  • Generate creative and innovative design concepts that resonate with target audiences, showcasing fresh and fun ideas.
  • Prepare social media content, cross-channel digital advertising campaigns, Amazon design (A+, DPI, Stores), daily emails, HTML5 banners, and strategy for seasonal campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into projects to maintain a contemporary aesthetic.
  • Direct photography selection including retouching.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to translate requirements into compelling campaigns and designs.
  • Design and layout packaging artwork, understand die-lines, and apply typography, color theory, and grid structure.
  • Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.
  • Create internal decks and brand communication assets.
  • Manage time and prioritize workload within production schedules.
  • Create merchandising graphics and presentation decks for events and campaigns.
  • Design primary and secondary retail packaging and promotional displays in the beauty space.
  • Keep up to date with innovations and trends.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design in Beauty, Jewelry, or Fashion industries.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Proven portfolio showcasing modern and innovative design concepts, specifically for web and social media graphics.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Photography experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to retouch images.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Familiarity with pop culture, fashion, and trends.
  • Strong portfolio of design work.
