1. Hub Operations Management a. Report to the Service Excellence Director regarding all BGC Hub operations. b. Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders related to the BGC Hub space. c. Supervise onsite work of the Services Officer and Maintenance Personnel at the BGC Hub. d. Assist customers with inquiries about HG services and manage the inquiry and admissions process as needed. e. Implement and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures and governance structures for monitoring and control. f. Ensure excellent customer service levels are achieved and sustained. g. Monitor customer satisfaction data to ensure compliance with the organization’s quality standards. h. Manage the operational petty cash for the BGC Hub. i. Oversee service requests, assets, and supplies for the BGC Hub. j. Assist the Facilities Team with BGC Hub-related procurement and permit processing. k. Ensure that all payments related to the BGC Hub are requested and settled promptly. l. Organize and drive HG enrichment activities such as classes, workshops, and other related programs. m. Coordinate closely with stakeholders in the Regional Office to address and resolve operational issues. n. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. 2. Admissions and Engagement a. Handle all non-Learn-related inquiries and concerns. b. Coordinate with the Learn team to facilitate and implement events within the hub. c. Support and attend community day-outs, learning group meet-ups, graduation ceremonies, and other hub events. d. Develop and execute a promotional plan to showcase books and Learning Plus products in the hub. e. Oversee and supervise the overall admissions process for families, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
