Job Description

Software Development & Maintenance

  • Design and implement software components based on functional and technical requirements

  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following established coding standards

  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality

  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full application stack

Collaboration & Agile Practices

  • Work closely with peers, Lead Developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features

  • Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation

  • Contribute to the improvement of development tools, processes, and best practices

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest tools or techniques to enhance productivity or code quality

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack or backend application development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Experience with Java or C# is not required
  • Solid understanding of both relational and non-relational databases
  • Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Functional Programming paradigms
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and NestJS
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
