Talent Advisor | Strategy & Consulting, ERP, Digital & Tech Hiring | SEA & India Markets We’re hiring Oracle Test Leads/Managers in the Philippines for one of the top global consulting firms Develop and refine test strategies covering functional, integration, migration, data conversion, end-to-end, regression, and performance testing. Oversee environment planning (SIT, UAT, Pre‑Production) for complex, multi‑wave Oracle implementations. Coordinate cross‑functional testing activities, managing onshore/offshore blended teams aligned with project timelines and quality goals. Identify and drive automation opportunities (OATS, Selenium, etc.) and define performance‑testing strategies for scalability. Leverage integration knowledge to design and validate end‑to‑end flows across Oracle HCM–FI, SCM–FI OR Salesforce ensuring data accuracy. Communicate testing progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership. Champion QA best practices , including test design, environment control, and defect management. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives , fostering collaboration and innovation. Functional Expertise Oracle HCM: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent/Performance, Onboarding, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Approval Workflows, Fast Formula. Oracle SCM: Procurement, Advanced Procurement, Order Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Inventory, Manufacturing, P2P, O2C, IR-ISO, RMA, integrations. Finance (FI): GL, AR, AP, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Finance–SCM integrations, Oracle Financials Cloud (Billing, Revenue, Payments). Educational Qualifications Degree in Technology or Business‑related discipline. Preferred: ISEB/ISTQB or Project/Program Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2). Work Experience 8–15 years of progressive IT experience, including hands‑on testing leadership . Experience in at least one full Salesforce OR Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS implementation across HCM, SCM, or Finance. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Technical & Functional Skills (Mandatory) Deep knowledge of test planning, environment control, and integration testing for Oracle OR Salesforce transformations. Expertise in test management tools (HP ALM, Azure DevOps, Jira). Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models. Familiar with data migration, cutover planning , and release alignment. Key Behavioral Attributes Strong client management and commercial awareness in IT services. Passion for mentoring teams and staying updated on Oracle & testing innovations.
