Responsibilities
  • Delivers premium, captivating digital content aligned with the brand across websites, social media, email campaigns, and other online channels.
  • Maintains a unified brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communications.
  • Develops and executes a digital content strategy, creates a content calendar, writes and optimizes content, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment. Includes implementing SEO best practices and monitoring engagement metrics.
  • Monitors digital content performance metrics (website traffic, social engagement, email open rates, conversions) and provides data-driven insights.
  • Ensures governance and consistency of digital content, optimizing for search engines and reach across channels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, Communication, or Graphic/Web Design.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality content across websites, social media, and email campaigns; experience in corporate branding or marketing communications is preferred.
