Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of ESL teachers to maintain effective teaching standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate teacher performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Assist in designing and implementing ESL curricula, training programs, and teaching strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with academic policies, teaching methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate teacher schedules, class assignments, and other academic operations.
  • Serve as a bridge between management and teaching staff to align goals and expectations.
  • Facilitate professional development sessions and workshops for teachers.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in ESL education and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
  • Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) is an advantage.
  • TEFL/TESOL certification is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a leadership, supervisory, or training role is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
