You’ll oversee budgets, timelines, and resources while breaking down features into developer-ready tasks. The role involves preparing clear requirements, translating business goals into clear technical requirements, managing user stories, and coordinating closely with developers, designers, and QA teams. You’ll adapt project management methods (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall) as needed and ensure high-quality delivery across 1–2 large or multiple concurrent projects. What You’ll Do Manage full project lifecycles—roadmaps, timelines, priorities, and risk tracking. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and technical requirements. Understand technical documentation (user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and process flows). Oversee budgets, timing, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, development, QA, and marketing. Adapt PM approach (Agile/hybrid/waterfall-lite depending on client/project) Communicate progress and risks clearly to internal and external stakeholders. Basic QA testing involvement. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a digital/software setting. Experience with digital projects (web applications, integrations, e-commerce platforms/payments, etc.). Strong understanding of modern web apps , headless CMSs (Storyblok, Contentful, Payload), and API-driven architectures. Ability to prepare and manage requirements documentation, user stories, timelines, wireframes, and backlog grooming. Proficiency with project management tools (Productive.io preferred; Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Confluence, Figma ). Experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
