Job Description Supply Chain Staff performs various functions, which primarily involve providing administrative, planning, purchasing, warehouse and logistics support to Supply Chain Head and the team. Support in all Supply Chain activities such as planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics activities. Responsible for monitoring material transported and delivered for timeliness and legality. Responsible for the inventory of all the raw materials, finished goods and other indirect materials. Knowledgeable with Import and Export documentation and transactions dealing with PEZA, BOC (Customs) and forwarders/couriers processing for incoming and outgoing materials. Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as Delivery Receipt, Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists, and the like for the shipments and projects. Responsible for the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents. Provide support in completing paperwork and documentation. Carry out clerical work, including typing, proofreading, and editing documents, correspondence, and reports for the Supply Chain Department. Responsible for entering data into spreadsheets and ERP system from multiple sources, as well as verifying input and calculations. Provide support in the maintenance of electronic filing system for administrative documentation that guarantees swift retrieval of requested documents. Knowledgeable in creating standard operational procedures. Purchasing / Order Forecasting Sourcing out Order processing – PR and PO preparation Monitoring and follow up of the delivery Payment Request for Payables Supplier Audit (all suppliers related to production and packaging materials) Supplier Evaluation (all suppliers related to production and packaging materials) Work Order Preparation Material consumption entry in Cognito FSC Purchase Order summary Preparation of Product Annual Volume Summary Preparation of Shipping Documents Packing List Commercial Invoice Online booking Recording of incoming and outgoing shipments via Fedex Procedures and Work Instructions of the assigned tasks Qualifications Any Bachelor's degree of Engineering, Administration and any related courses. At least two (2) years experience with planning, purchasing, warehouse and logistics operations Knowledge in Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and requirements and familiarity with excel based analytical tools is an advantage.
