Qualifications:

  • Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising, web analytics, and content management systems
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling way
  • Creative flair and an eye for design, with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually engaging content
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and experience in improving website performance
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field

Job Description

A Social Media Associate ensures the company\'s online presence is active, engaging, and effective in reaching the right audience.

He/She is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company\'s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with target audiences.

This role involves creating compelling content, monitoring online interactions, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring that the company maintains a strong and consistent digital presence across various platforms.

The specialist works closely with the marketing and creative teams to support campaigns, drive traffic, and achieve business goals through social media channels.

In addition, during periods of reduced online activity, the Social Media Specialist may also be required to support marketing initiatives on the ground, such as attending physical events, manning/assisting with booth sampling, and participating in product sampling activities to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities:
