Location: Cebu, Philippines Dover Business Services (DBS) is looking for a talented Analyst to join our Financial Systems Team as we make the shift to a process ownership model, focused on driving process improvements and automation globally. Reporting to the Financial Systems Lead, the Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for providing system administration support and assistance for period closing activities using the Financial Systems platform. The role may involve collaboration with internal and external auditors and participation in special projects. Essential responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations are described below. Responsibilities Ticket Resolution & User Support — facilitate assignment and resolution of ServiceNow tickets and user support, including user access management, addressing end-user issues, technical support, and guidance. Communicate effectively with users to gather issue details and relay resolution steps. System Maintenance, Enhancements and Ad hoc — assist on system enhancement and continuous improvement projects. Maintain database integrity through data validations and reviews; perform routine system maintenance accurately and timely. Support ad-hoc requests as appropriate; contribute to standardization and/or process improvement. Maintain documentation of system processes, reports, and system functionality; create/update work instructions and guides for user support. Provide input to ongoing policy governance and compliance of work instructions and policies. Controls Compliance and Security Reviews — conduct quarterly user access security reviews and manage permissions based on roles (add/modify/revoke access). Understand process controls and report observations to the Financial Systems Lead. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting Technology, Financial Information Systems or related fields. 1-3 years corporate accounting and/or financial analysis experience; understanding of accounting processes with financial systems knowledge preferred. Strong aptitude for applications and systems; experience in OneStream, Cadency, Blackline, Longview, PowerBI and/or ticketing tools is an advantage. Proficient use of MS Office (advanced Excel) and knowledge of MS Power Platform and VBA is an advantage. Knowledge of basic coding (Python, VB.net) is an advantage. Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is an advantage. Experience as a contributor on project implementations is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail and deadlines. High level of customer focus and a professional demeanor; adherence to Dover’s Code of Ethical Conduct and ISO Quality System Standards. Ability to solve practical problems and handle varied variables with limited standardization; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Self-directed, positive, and ethical with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
