Transfer Pricing Associate role at Deloitte Manila involves compliance, advisory, and collaboration within Direct Tax service line. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Assist clients in meeting local transfer pricing requirements Perform benchmarking studies on various industries Prepare OECD-compliant three-tier documentation reports Liaise and collaborate with professionals within the Deloitte network in delivering regional engagements Assist clients in identifying potential transfer pricing risks Perform studies to identify arm's length pricing policies Ascertain OECD-compliant transfer pricing practices About You What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Economics, Finance, or similar fields No work experience required; fresh graduates welcome CPA license required for Accountancy graduates; not required for other degrees Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills Strong commitment to professional client service excellence Drive, tenacity, and results oriented Excellent interpersonal relations and ability to work effectively in teams Training & Development Strong commitment to personal learning and development Opportunities to develop effective communication and relationship-building skills Work in diverse, inclusive teams with support and recognition How to Apply Due to volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
