Position Title: Oracle Software Developer

Role Exposure:

Be part of the digital transformation journey of the bank.

Be trained in translating software requirements into workable programming code and maintain and develop programs for use in business.

Enhance your creative and analytical skills by studying the consumer market and client needs to develop cutting-edge applications.

Participate in focused initiatives on training, certification, and workshops for applicable technology, industry standards, and professional development needs of employees.

Job Summary:

Document system design and program specifications in technical design documents.

Write programs and codes based on approved solution plan documents.

Conduct unit testing on written codes to ensure program performance per design at the unit level.

Produce documentation (technical specifications, developed components, unit test results, hardware and system configurations).

Contribute to quality, process, and continuous improvement activities across all tasks and deliverables.

Perform functions in compliance with the software development lifecycle standards of the company.

Work in a team with backend and frontend developers to provide full end-to-end solutions.

Collaborate with the Business Relationship Account Manager to understand the business objectives of the project.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years' experience in people management or a lead role.

Minimum of 5 years of solid development experience.

Monitor productivity, outputs, and control the pace of software delivery during the development phase.

Oversee the technical aspects of software projects, from planning and design to implementation and testing. Manage communication and collaboration among developers, stakeholders, and other teams.
