Overview

Sr. Associate, Global Solutions and Risk Compliance (GSRC) role at Amazon. The GSRC organization is a component of Amazon's operations, dedicated to ensuring the compliance of its products and services worldwide. The team designs global, consistent, and scalable solutions and blends technology-driven and human decision-making processes. Key responsibilities
  1. Review product information against regulatory documentation to ensure compliance for Amazon listings using Amazon tools.
  2. Classify products and address deviations from SOPs in collaboration with your manager and experts.
  3. Prioritize tasks using reports to meet quality, productivity, and service targets.
  4. Identify improvement opportunities, such as automating reports with Excel, and contribute to SOP refinement.
  5. Share expertise in knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor peers.
Qualifications Required Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data queries
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with logical and creative approaches
  • Commitment to research and data interpretation
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2 or equivalent) in both verbal and written communication
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
  • Experience in regulatory compliance management, including working with government agencies
  • 2+ years experience in Business Process Outsourcing across domains such as accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, or quality assurance
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA
  • Expertise in database querying (SQL)
  • Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, FMCG companies, or corporate environments
  • Background in data analysis within quantitative fields, including development of data and decision support systems
