The Corporate Planning Analyst is responsible for driving the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while providing strategic insights to support decision-making. The role involves preparing financial reports, variance analyses, and KPIs, conducting profitability and cost analyses, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. The analyst also manages financial systems and data, supports cross-department collaboration, and recommends process improvements to enhance efficiency and business performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Conduct profitability and variance analyses to support decisions
  • Monitor and track KPIs and prepare management reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls
  • Manage financial systems, policies, and month-end processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements
  • Support leadership in policy development, coordination, and performance goals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in corporate development, business analytics, accounting (AP/AR, general accounting, financial reporting, corporate planning).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting systems (SAP, Navision).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Advanced data handling and analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and deliver high-quality results.
