Responsibilities
- To coordinate with the Order Department re: Preparation of all foreign and local communications to suppliers and customers in relation to all orders (PO & ISR) with order papers starting from dispatch to the end (payment of commissions, and copy documents, and obsolescence).
- Follow up payment, shipment, and checking thereof, copies of documents worksheets, order status, etc.
- Filing of documents in relation to all of the above respectively, instruction to clerk/s.
- To assist Department Head in overseeing sales and all activities resulting and relating to sales i.e. in charge of office sales, attendance to office clients, etc.
- To perform liaison and administrative functions with other departments within the company, as assigned by Manager from time to time.
- In charge of courier and delivery dispatch
- Conducts and proposes Market Survey Reports as regularly required for Department to optimise available business opportunities
- Conducts sales visits from time to time
- Monitors sales activities and initiates sales opportunities where available
- Participates in government tenders in coordination with Department Head’s mandates our terms and conditions for such
- Semestral updates of market situation i.e. price of competition available brands, etc. to suppliers after close coordination with Department Head on data / info to be submitted for such.
- GOP Stand-in
- Other task assigned by the CEO
- Preferably a graduate of Commerce, major in Business Management, Accounting, or commercial – related courses.
- Experienced in administrative functions from previous employment required preferable in the supervisory level and/or management-related positions, used to work with a minimum supervision.
- Experience in import/export business preferable
- Pleasant personality yet aggressive, self-confident, self-assured with a basic relaxed disposition, able to take pressure
- Articulate in both verbal and written English and Tagalog, with Chinese desirable, capable of business correspondence in both local and international levels.
- Inclination towards sales and marketing
- Experience in corporate online selling
