PCBA Production Supervisor

Overview

PCBA Production Supervisor in Cavite, reporting to the Plant Director. Responsible for assisting in managing manufacturing operations in one facility, leading a high-mverage workforce, and driving productivity, yield, and quality improvements. Applies management skills (Plan, Lead, Organize, Control) and DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to achieve operational targets and continuous improvement.

• Ensure product availability that conforms to customers’ quality standards
• Ensure inventory accuracy for materials and finished goods
• Meet customer satisfaction goals, support 3rd party audits, and strive for 100% statutory compliance
• Conduct daily safety and housekeeping audits (5S)
• Assist the Plant Director in maintaining harmonious working relationships within the facility
• Coach cell leaders to identify development opportunities and monitor performance
• Conduct regular performance appraisals for direct reports
• Provide strong support to Schneider Performance System (SPS) Manufacturing Product Assessment
• Ensure strict application of standardized manufacturing/production processes across a broad scope, including basic maintenance processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain close coordination with support groups (Methods Engineering, New Product Development, Quality Assurance, Maintenance/Test, Supply Chain, Logistics) and Waste Management as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• About 5 years of experience in a manufacturing operations role in a fast-paced, high-volume consumer electronics industry, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity managing 50-100 people
• 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing production management or supervision across activities (assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, packaging, etc.)
• Planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet specifications, schedules, targets, and quality standards
• Ability to liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply and Logistics, and Sales to develop production schedules and allocate resources
• Experience planning and managing maintenance/downtime to minimize disruptions
• Strong focus on productivity, efficiency, and yield improvement
• Proficiency in planning, leading, organizing, and controlling all manufacturing resources
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build harmonious relationships
• Discretion and confidentiality in dealing with people
• High sense of urgency and risk awareness
• Strong presentation skills
• Willing to work in Rosario, Cavite
• Working arrangements: Full-time onsite, 6 days a week, with shifting schedules
