You are responsible for establishing, retaining, and deepening customer relationships by performing efficient and accurate banking transactions; and opening and closing accounts in support of Bank goals and objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Addressing client questions or demands
Guaranteeing that consumer demands are handled properly and effectively
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
Providing high-quality service in a pleasant, competent, and professional manner

Qualifications:
• At least 18 years old
• Senior High School Graduate or at least 2 years completed college
• Excellent Communication skills
• Must be residing within Makati
• Required with at least 6 months of call center experience
• Can accept College Graduate with no call center experience but not preferred
• Amenable to Work Onsite
• Willing to work in Graveyard shift
