People Consulting - Senior Associate SGV & Co. Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsible for supervising teams in the execution of projects and engagements for the People Advisory Services practice. A Senior Associate is expected to conduct the project activities assigned and oversee the work of the project staff to deliver exceptional client service. Job Responsibilities Supervise the team members in the execution of projects according to the defined approach and methodology with guidance from the Managers Assist the Managers in project planning and participate proactively in client meetings Gather and analyze data to understand the organization and functions through interviews, department walkthroughs and workshops with the client counterparts Conduct research, benchmarks and collection of relevant information and knowledge from available resources to provide value‑adding recommendations to the client Support the preparation, conduct and documentation of project workshops and interactive sessions Work on tools and platforms like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Forms, OneNote, SharePoint, etc. Proactively contribute to team deliverables Maintain active communication with Team Lead, Managers and client counterparts to ensure alignment Identify and collaboratively resolve project risks and issues Attend and participate in learning and development, engagement and other enrichment activities Develop positive relationship with peers, supervisors, and mentors/counselors who can provide advice and support Competency Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management MBA: Highly desired Experience: At least four (4) years of relevant, professional experience in any of the following: HR operations, organization development, change management, training and facilitation, HR system implementation. Certificates, Licenses, Registration: Certification in HR related disciplines and/or Change Management are highly desired but not required.
