Overview

Coordinates and performs administrative tasks for physical moves of people and equipment within an organization.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare an Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan for the following utilities:
    • HVAC System
    • Compressed Air System
    • Chilled Water and Cooling Tower System
    • Water Treatment System
    • Exhaust System
    • Fire Pump System
  • Prepare list of needed CAPEX and OPEX projects for coming year as needed by facilities mechanical equipment.
  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting facilities equipment related to mechanical systems, such as:
    • Water Cooled Aircon
    • Air Cooled and Split Type Aircon
    • Fire Pump Controls
    • HVAC PLC and Controls
    • Exhaust Fans and Control
    • Pumps and its control system
    • Fire Pump System
  • Supervise, guide and coach mechanical technicians for day-to-day activities to ensure safe and sustainable running condition of the equipment.
  • Analyze daily inspection check sheets for possible trends in equipment problems or maintenance needs and raise to Facility Manager’s immediate action.
  • Ensure compliance of the factory with regulatory requirements such as PEZA, BFP, DOLE, DENR, LLDA, etc.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) with 5 years minimum experience in Facilities Department under Mechanical Group in a Manufacturing set-up.
  • Experience in Plating, Moulding, Stamping and Assembly production lines is a plus but not necessary.
  • Knowledgeable in the processing of PEZA, DOLE, DENR, LLDA and other regulatory agency permits is required.
  • Pro-active with good leadership skill set.
Job Requirements
  • Providing support services for other departments' needs regarding facilities in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining log of incidents, accidents and other security and safety issues for reporting purposes.
  • Performing maintenance, repair and improvement of physical systems and equipment.
  • Monitoring various facility systems and performing routine tests on all equipment.
What your background should look like

Generally requires a Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience.
