SAP Fico Solutions Lead – Job Description Department: Flexible Real EstateEmployee Type: Probationary We are looking for an SAP Fico Solutions Lead who will collaborate with External Consultants—whether Functional or Technical—to achieve successful delivery of software products and/or services. The role is accountable for the delivery of individual work units of code and test documents assigned to you, meeting success measures of on-time, on-budget, and high‑quality delivery. Responsibilities Define and evaluate technical requirements, initiate procurement processes, and monitor budgets and availments. Conduct system gap analysis and identify measures to address gaps between existing and proposed systems. Assess business requirements and translate IT needs into system design specifications. Design implementation plans and identify required resources (financial and people) to ensure successful project implementation. Plan/assess acceptance testing and data conversion approaches, managing the seamless integration of multiple inter‑related solutions. Facilitate orientation for high‑level users/executives and execute IT training and cascade programs to ensure continuous knowledge transfer. Facilitate meetings to clarify business processes, manage timelines for assigned functions, and resolve minor project concerns. Handle multiple and changing priorities, plan/lead small to medium projects and installations. Identify functional hierarchy and define functions to be performed by the new system and their relationships. Evaluate feasibility and workability of system designs. Formulate user acceptance criteria and conduct actual system validation with key process owners. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Information and Technology, Accountancy, or a similar field. At least 5‑10 years of related work experience in programming and/or technology practice. At least 4 full‑cycle implementation work experiences; equivalencies in Applications and Operations Support may be considered if commensurate. Certification specific to programming and/or technology is a plus but not required (e.g., SAP ABAP, Mendix). Experience in S/4 HANA implementation and/or support is preferred. Demonstrated understanding of the end‑to‑end business process of RECORD TO REPORT. Knowledge of dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, QM, PM). Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
