Role Context The External Workforce Center (EWFC) partners with the Business to engage a compliant external workforce that delivers on the business needs. To support SAP, the EWFC supports managers in the positive and compliant engagement of the external workforce population within SAP, including implementing and administering guidelines, policies, and processes for managers which help them engage with external workers in their daily operations. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end process of external workers (contractors) within SAP. Respond to queries relating to external workers through phone calls, online tickets and emails from managers, third party vendors and SAP colleagues. Act as a consultant to managers to educate them on the correct engagement of external workers ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines. Handle confidential data and use HR systems and tools.
