  • Generate and update weekly demand forecasts by channel, category, and store
  • Analyze sell-through data, campaign outcomes, and stock movement to refine forecasts
  • Coordinate with category/product and inventory teams for inventory deployment planning
  • Track forecast accuracy and adjust based on trends
  • Monitor and report on fill rate, OOS cases, and overstock risks
  • Recommend safety stock levels, push strategies, and reactive plans as needed

Experience: 2–4 years in demand planning, inventory control, supply chain analytics, or sales operations

Skills: Strong in forecast modeling, trend analysis, and data synthesis

Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of planning or ERP tools is a plus

Personality Traits: Analytical, proactive, precise, and collaborative

Cultural Fit: Works well with cross-functional teams, comfortable navigating between data and field realities, service-oriented toward sales and supply
