Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Manager to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology and Services industry. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our information, business application and communication technology systems. Your strategic vision will play a crucial role in aligning ICT initiatives with the broader business objectives, ensuring that our technology investments drive innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the business application and implementation of ICT projects and initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize the organization's ICT infrastructure and services.
  • Develop and enforce ICT policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Oversee the IT support team to ensure timely and effective problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
  • Budgeting and financial management for the ICT department.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
