Summary

As an Accounting Specialist at SolarWinds, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency within our dynamic and innovative environment. Your contributions will support our world-class solutions and help create lasting growth for our team and company.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits to support a growing subsidiary
  • Record daily cash receipts and process customer refunds
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries
  • Assist with the monthly revenue close process
  • Review revenue transactions for compliance with revenue recognition criteria
  • Assist with product SKU creation, import, and review
  • Assist with integrating acquired companies' quote to cash processes
  • Support during quarterly financial reviews and annual audits
  • Engage in special projects and perform other duties as requested
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
