Championing a collaborative, supportive and flexible work environment empowers our colleagues to reach their full potential.  Job Description We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join our international team. We are building an interdisciplinary team and we are in the process of reviewing or test approach. This challenge will require a good ability to work in a team while been self-organized. We are looking for professionals with in-depth experience in quality assurance, who like to work proactively, contribute with ideas to the change process.Your key tasks  Develop and execute detailed test plans, create test cases and test scripts for complex software applications. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage. Design, update and execute functional and business test scenarios and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring their reusability. Manage tools for testing, tracking defects, statistics and requirements coverage reporting. Analyse test results to provide detailed reports to internal or external stakeholders, evaluate the result of testing and investigate testing deficiencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (project managers, development teams and other stakeholders) to manage risks, identify software defects and reach resolutions. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality assurance.  Qualifications Proven experience working in banking or financial services environment in a Test team. Confidence delivering written and verbal communication with clients, senior and internal stakeholders.
