Overview

Provide support in financial analysis, planning, forecasting, actualization, and reporting. Deliver accurate management information, identify variances, trends, risks, and opportunities, and ensure timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, forecast, and consolidate financial information to generate full financials with reporting packages and analysis aligned to business objectives.
  • Collect and update forecast/plan data related to sales, margins, costs, and other inputs from business units.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of plan/forecast data, document changes, adjustments, and business highlights.
  • Prepare BU P&L reporting with historical, actual, forecast, plan, and latest estimates.
  • Identify process improvements and report enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop financial templates and ensure data alignment and timely upload of financials for planning cycles.
  • Provide support for plan/forecast packages and related management reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support auditors and other stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum experience in financial accounting and reporting in a multinational or blue-chip environment.
  • Experience in finance and accounting within a multinational/shared services environment.
  • Strong relationship-building with peers, finance leaders, and stakeholders.
  • At least 3 years of experience in BPO or multinational finance and accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and related financial analysis tools.

Working conditions

  • Mid-shift with regular evening and weekend work as required; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Salary: Php24,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
