As part of our expansion, we are launching an Education Pathway Division to support students from the Philippines and other regions in their journey to study in Australia, Canada, and Europe. Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Education Consultant who will handle end-to-end student services, including initial consultations, application guidance, visa processing, client retention, and marketing engagement. This role is pivotal to ensuring a seamless and successful student journey abroad.

Responsibilities Responsibilities - Client Support & Admissions
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess student eligibility and study goals.
  • Review resumes, credentials, and academic records to determine program fit.
  • Advise students on institution and course selection in Australia, Canada, and Europe.
  • Assist students in creating compelling Statements of Purpose (SOP) and required documents.
  • Manage new and renewal applications for student visas via immigration portals (Australia/Canada).
  • Draft Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statements based on student profiles.
  • Submit complete and accurate admission and visa documentation within deadlines.
  • Track and monitor visa status and escalate urgent/emergency cases as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education trends, SOPs, and visa regulations.
Responsibilities - Customer Service & Relationship Management
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to students about their application progress.
  • Build and maintain trust with student clients through proactive communication.
  • Handle client inquiries, issues, or concerns professionally and ensure proper resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.
  • Retain students by delivering excellent service and identifying up-sell opportunities.
Responsibilities - Sales & Lead Generation
  • Identify and assess client needs through calls, virtual meetings, email, and social media.
  • Actively follow up on leads, referrals, and marketing campaign prospects.
  • Conduct outreach via email, SMS, and platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, agents, and lead sources for referrals.
  • Track and analyze lead conversion performance and suggest improvements.
Responsibilities - Marketing & Events
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing events and recruitment webinars.
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials and digital campaigns.
  • Create innovative ways to promote Groworx's education pathway services.
Responsibilities - Administrative & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, status, and documentation.
  • Ensure CRM, spreadsheets, and trackers are regularly updated.
  • Ensure full compliance with policies, guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international education consultancy, admissions, or visa processing.
  • Excellent writing, research, and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in preparing GTEs, SOPs, and visa documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration policies and procedures for Australia and Canada.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Experience handling CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Certified QEAC, ICEF, or willingness to obtain is a plus.
  • Social media savvy and experienced in virtual client engagement is a plus.
Technical Requirements
  • Laptop: Intel Core i5 or equivalent (or higher) with at least 8GB RAM.
  • Internet Connection (for remote work): Minimum 50 Mbps wired internet connection (LAN) for stable connectivity.
  • Backup Internet: Mobile data or secondary ISP for backup in case of connectivity issues.
  • Dual Monitors (Preferred): For enhanced productivity in managing multiple ad accounts and analytics.
  • Noise-Canceling Headset: A high-quality headset for virtual meetings and collaboration.
  • Webcam: A functional webcam for video meetings and presentations.
  • Work Environment: A quiet and professional setup.
