Responsibilities Coordinate with internal and external auditors and manage work of all accountants. Collaborate with accounting and finance team and prepare financial statements monthly. Prepare various financial reports and submit it to regulatory agencies. Maintain records of all data and evaluate it to recommend product improvements. Develop and establish all accounting policies for banks. Provide financial reports as requested by senior management. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. Coordinate and complete annual audits. Provide recommendations. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy. Meet financial accounting objectives. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Accounting Graduate Good English communication skills With at least 3-5 years of work experience in the related field Knowledgeable in Tax Reporting Good interpersonal skills to communicate Able to handle and analyze large amounts of complex/very detailed information Able to work alone efficiently with minimum supervision Able to work under pressure Proficient in MS Office Experience in Zero and Power BI/Tableau is a must #J-18808-Ljbffr
