Sales Manager (Medical Aesthetic Devices and Skincare) Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the medical aesthetic devices market. Build and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and key stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and establish partnerships with distributors or clinics. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for potential clients. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform business strategies. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional activities and product launches. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline management through CRM systems. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (if applicable) to drive performance and maintain a high standard of professionalism. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Medical or Science background preferred). Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices, preferably within aesthetic or dermatology sectors. Strong network and proven relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, or key opinion leaders (KOLs). Demonstrated success in B2B sales, business development, and account management. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel as required.
