With Metrobank, a meaningful life is within your reach Position Title: Card Production & Releasing Specialist Job Summary Performs identification and review of undelivered cards returned to CBS and oversees their timely dispatch to our couriers and subsequent deliveries to meet the required TAT Monitors actual delivery of cards and performs real time coordination with Couriers and Cardholders as needed to ensure delivery. Provides timely resolutions of problems raised and feedback to stakeholders concerned. Ensures timely release of SMS notifications as scheduled and helps manage incoming and outgoing email communications. Qualifications Proficient in various software applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Has good written and oral communication skills Has good time management and coordination skills Can collaborate and work effectively with Cross Functional Teams and Units Detail oriented and organized Can provide and generate reports in a timely manner. Flexible and can multi task Experience in handling Third Party Service providers is an advantage.
