WHAT IS A/AN IT PROJECT MANAGER (NETWORK & SECURITY)? Lead and manage software development and technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, aligning them with strategic business goals. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps, tracking progress and ensuring milestones are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure seamless execution of projects. Ensure the use of best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) throughout the software development lifecycle. Manage project risks, issues, and changes, proactively identifying solutions and escalating when necessary. Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership. Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring that communication is clear, and expectations are properly set across teams. Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve processes for future initiatives. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? ITIL Integration & Service Transition Apply ITIL principles and practices throughout the project lifecycle, particularly within the Service Transition phase. Ensure that new or changed services are designed, built, tested, and transitioned into the live environment in a controlled and structured manner. Collaborate with Service Management teams (e.g., Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management) to ensure compliance with established ITIL processes. Participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to present and justify project-related changes and releases. Ensure that the project deliverables, such as documentation, knowledge articles, and support models are in place to support the new service post-launch. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management and service management processes. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in network and infrastructure deployment projects, with proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. PMP/Agile/ITIL certifications preferred, along with strong knowledge of project management tools like Jira and SmartSheet. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with experience managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and project resources. #J-18808-Ljbffr
