Event Ideation & Concept Development and Pre-Planning

  • Participates in project briefing and align project requirements with requesting team (Brand/GTM)
  • Understands brand/business issues or requirements; Brainstorm/Recommend appropriate activities to meet objectives
  • Tightens and clarifies role of engagement within campaign based on set objectives
Planning (National Level)
  • Develops strategic engagement ideas and concepts based on brand mandatories • Develops channel focused activities that build brand affinity & market share
  • Creates innovative, unique and relevant engagements
  • Reviews and recommend sponsorship proposals
TPA Selection
  • Prepares thorough briefing document that captures brand direction with element of excitement that will challenge the creativity of the agency
  • Facilitates TPA Selection from Project Brief, TPA Bidding/Round Robin, up to awarding of project, with shortlisted TPA’s in coordination with procurement
  • Handle briefing of Operations Team and monitor event implementation
  • Reviews and monitors activity calendar of the Brand and GTM teams
  • Creates cohesive Integrated Marketing Communications Plan around the event to achieve the set Business, Marketing & Communication objectives. From ATL, BTL, to Digital, PR.
  • Leads regular checkpoint discussions, with other stakeholders and horizontal groups, to ensure timely development & implementation of IMC programs.
  • Clearly communicates & handover project to the area execution experts.
  • Monitors implementation of projects to ensure quality & accuracy of execution. Performance Evaluation
  • Ensures achievement of brand objectives with each event, in the most efficient and most cost-effective manner.
Relationship Management
  • Develops harmonious, long-term, strategic relationships with brand teams & support groups
  • Promotes synergy and collaboration among working teams and partner
