We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product and Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, driving product innovation, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives across key markets.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue existing and new business and partnership opportunities
- Conduct market research to support product development and competitive positioning
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to bring new products to market
- Support strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to recommend improvements
- Develop proposals, pitch materials, and strategic presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, product strategy, or related roles
- Strong understanding of market research, product lifecycle, and customer insights
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Background in consumer products, health & wellness, is a strong plus
