You’ll get to: evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions prepare industry analyses for pitches participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials get involved in the execution of live deals Your team You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in the Philippines. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients. Your expertise We’re looking for a candidate who: will graduate by June 2026, with less than two years of work experience Has knowledge of one of the following languages: Tagalog has values that align with ours — hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving.
