Centaur Digital Marketing PH Inc., a Public Relations (PR) & Digital Marketing agency is looking for aspiring Media Relations professionals to join the team. As Media Relations, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute media strategies that boost our brand's visibility and reputation. You will work closely with the accounts team and other internal teams to build and maintain strong relationships with different media outlets. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing articles, press kits, press releases, and other content initiatives to engage the media effectively. Cultivating and managing relationships with media representatives and bloggers across various sections and areas of interest. Pitching press releases to targeted media outlets and blogs to generate coverage. Securing 1:1 interviews (print, online, or broadcast) for brands and their executives. Leading the dispatch of PR kits to media representatives and blogs. Identifying and pitching to the media for participation in earned and paid review programs. Coordinating and managing media representatives and bloggers during familiarization tours and events. Following up with journalists and writers to ensure timely publication of pitches and outputs from media engagements. Providing clients with consultancy and insights from a media relations perspective. Monitoring and clipping news coverage generated from press releases and other media engagements to evaluate success and impact. QUALIFICATIONS Education: A degree in Business Studies, Marketing Management, or a similar discipline is advantageous. Experience: Open to all experience levels | has pre-existing relationships with different media professionals (lifestyle, tech, sports general news media) | In-depth knowledge of public relations & digital marketing industry. Work Environment: Must be able to operate in a hybrid work setup. SKILLS Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. Independent, proactive, and self-motivated team player. Detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and quickly adapt to new challenges. Proficient in advanced software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools. BENEFITS All benefits indicated are granted to regular employees only. Initial Interview: Once you pass the exam, we will schedule you for an initial interview within 2-3 working days after exam submission. Departmental Interview (Second Interview): If you pass the initial interview, a second interview will be scheduled 1 week after your initial interview. Please take note that it may take up to 2 weeks depending on the availability of the interviewer. Final Interview: The last step is the final interview with the CEO | Managing Director, which may take one week or more, depending on their availability.
