The Role We’re looking for a LinkedIn Marketing Director to lead our client campaigns, oversee content and outreach strategy, and drive measurable growth across accounts. You’ll work closely with our founder, creative team, and client strategists to develop bold positioning, scroll-stopping content, and effective lead generation systems on LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy: Design and oversee end-to-end LinkedIn marketing campaigns—from brand positioning and content calendars to connection and messaging flows. Client Leadership: Act as the strategic lead on key accounts, participating in client calls, delivering insights, and ensuring campaign KPIs are met. Content Oversight: Guide the creative team in producing high-performing posts, carousels, thought leadership content, and executive ghostwriting. Outreach & Pipeline: Collaborate with SDRs and automation tools to launch personalized, compliant outreach campaigns that generate qualified meetings. Performance Analytics: Monitor performance across campaigns (engagement, connection rates, CTR, booked calls), iterate strategy, and report progress to clients. Innovation: Stay ahead of LinkedIn algorithm changes, platform tools (like Sales Navigator), and emerging best practices in B2B content and outbound. Team Management: Manage and mentor junior strategists, content creators, and contractors involved in campaign execution.
