As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing business models, identify customer requirements, and define future states or business solutions. You will also conduct research, gather information, and synthesize findings to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and feedback. Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure clarity and alignment. Support the implementation of solutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. Additional Good to Have Skills: Experience with Application Modernization. Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. Proficiency in process mapping and modeling techniques. Experience with stakeholder management and communication strategies. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
