Base pay range CALL CENTER AGENT (ON-SITE BATANGAS CITY) Starting salary package for Probationary: PHP 15,500 - PHP 16,500.Starting salary for Freelance Setup: Up to PHP 18,900 per month. (Please apply only if the salary offer meets your expectations.) Option to choose between Probationary and Freelance Setup. Job Description Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and/or sales. Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close leads/sales. Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software. Respond to emails. Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Meet the service level agreements set forth. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be willing to work on-site: Batangas City. Excellent English communication skills. Typing Speed: at least 40 WPM. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Customer orientation and the ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities. Intelligent.
