Your Role, Your Impact

  • Timely turn-over of residential units to BTG with a target average of four (4) FA units per work day
  • Assist the Project Management Manager/Project Management Senior Project Manager in the documentary close-out of the project, including review, consolidation, and submission of close-out documents to GPMC and Head Office
  • Assist the Assistant/ Project Management Manager/Project Management Manager/Project Management Senior Project Manager in the conduct of project site walk-through and site inspection
  • Provide assistance to the Assistant Project Management Manager/Project Management Manager/Project Management Senior Project Manager in the implementation and monitoring of the health and safety objectives, targets and programs, promotion of the accident-free workplace and compliance monitoring to applicable statutory and legal laws and requirements
  • Provide assistance to the Assistant Project Management Manager/Project Management Manager/Project Management Senior Project Manager in the implementation and monitoring of the environmental protection objectives, targets and programs, promotion of the environment-friendly workplace and compliance monitoring to applicable statutory and legal laws and requirements
  • Provide actions on turn-over to BTG & CRM issues raised by the SAP/CRM coordinators
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Who We’re Looking For

  • Candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field from a reputable institution and have a valid PRC license or its equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of work experience in the construction management of vertical and horizontal types of development
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Good leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
