• Work Hours : 8 hours/day (must be open to work between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM , including Saturdays when needed )
• Start Date : January 2026 (with earlier onboarding for curriculum review and enhancement)
• Benefits : Government-mandated benefits + HMO
• Tools Provided : All required instructional tools and equipment will be provided
• Curriculum Development : A professional fee will be provided for involvement in the pre-launch curriculum enhancement phase

This is a newly established tech-voc school based in Mandaue City, Cebu. We are the first tech-voc institution in Metro Cebu intentionally focused on programs that directly respond to the needs of the digital economy .

We are hiring a Bookkeeping Trainer to deliver our TESDA Bookkeeping NC III program while helping us review and enhance the curriculum to better reflect industry demands. The ideal candidate will also help integrate modules on widely used accounting tools such as QuickBooks and Xero to prepare students for real-world bookkeeping roles.

A professional fee will be provided for contributions during the curriculum design and development phase.

• Must be a holder of Bookkeeping NC III OR a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Must be a graduate of B.S. in Accounting OR its equivalent
• Must have completed Training Methodology III (TM III) OR its equivalent
• Must have at least three (3) years of industry experience as a bookkeeper or accountant
• Must have experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools
• Must have strong communication skills in both oral and written English
• Must possess good moral character
• Passionate about teaching and training future bookkeepers
• Willing to collaborate in reviewing and enhancing the TESDA curriculum, particularly to align it with modern accounting software and industry standards
• Familiar with student-centered, practical, and outcomes-based instruction
• Committed in the mission of delivering inclusive, high-impact education
