What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills in switch/router/wifi
  • Working knowledge of Aruba ClearPass and Aruba Central
  • Experience supporting firewall and SD-WAN
  • Competency in LAN design, VLANs, cloud connectivity
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation practices

Nice to Have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in network operations or NOC roles (MSP environment preferred)
  • Certifications in Aruba, Cisco, Meraki or similar networking technologies
  • Experience with Datto RMM and Autotask PSA or equivalent
  • Understanding of asset lifecycle management and patch management best practices

What will you do?

  • Act as Level 1 and 2 support for client MSP network and infrastructure incidents.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) alerts from Central platform.
  • Perform lifecycle patching and asset management.
  • Execute health checks and system audits across client environments as needed.
  • Support and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WLAN networks, including cloud-integrated systems.
  • Conduct predictive, active, and passive wireless surveys using Aruba best practices.
  • Administer and support Aruba ClearPass for network access control
  • Administer and support Aruba Central for cloud-based network management and monitoring.
  • Triage and resolve tickets within SLAs using Datto Autotask PSA (formerly Kaseya).
