Overview Location: Makati (Hybrid – in-office to start) Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: Marketing Director Our client, based in Makati, is part of a global organization providing behavioral health, foster care, and social services across the U.S. They are expanding their mission-driven team in the Philippines and are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager, Digital Marketing to join their growing business center. Position Overview The Manager, Digital Marketing will lead the end-to-end digital strategy across paid media, SEO, email marketing, website performance, and analytics. This leadership role will oversee a high-performing team responsible for driving awareness, leads, applications, and conversions across digital channels — with a strong focus on recruitment, foster care marketing, client referrals, and reputation management. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and capable of aligning digital initiatives with business goals to deliver measurable results. Responsibilities Lead and optimize the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid search, display, retargeting, paid social, SEO, and email campaigns. Manage a cross-functional team including web, social media, data, and digital marketing specialists. Oversee website and landing page performance to ensure strong conversion rates. Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns to support recruitment and community engagement. Develop and manage SEM and SEO strategies to improve visibility and traffic. Oversee CRM and email marketing integrations, including drip and nurture campaigns. Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and lead quality. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams for campaign execution. Stay current with emerging digital trends and optimization opportunities. Qualifications 5–7+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in cross-channel performance strategy. Expertise in SEM, SEO, paid social, and website optimization. Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, Indeed Analytics, Jobvite, and CRMs. Experience managing and mentoring a digital team. Bonus: Background in healthcare, nonprofit, or community service sectors. Bonus: Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
